Biography

Poompong Jongsakul was born in Thailand in 1991. He obtained his degree in law from Assumption University in 2013. In 2015, he passed the Thai Bar Association examination and obtained his license from Thai Lawyers’ Council. He obtained his LL.M from the University of Glasgow in 2017, specialising in intellectual property and digital environment including e-commerce, e-contract and information law. He is also a licensed Thai notary.

He specialises in information and media law, intellectual property, commercial and corporate law, real estate and general litigation.

He joined Bangkok International Associates in 2017.
