Biography

Sunisa Sawatesoonthorn was born in 1988. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in law, majoring in commercial and business law, from Thammasat University in 2011. After that, she obtained her first LLM in international trade and commercial law from Durham University in 2015, and in 2016, obtained her second LLM in Intellectual property law from Queen Mary College, University of London (this included a dissertation in software patents and TRIPs-plus provisions in bilateral trade agreements for essential medicines in developing counties). She specialises in corporate and commercial law, contracts and intellectual property law.

She joined Bangkok International Associates in 2017.
