Withaya Kijjavijitr was born in Bangkok in 1964. He received his Bachelor of Law degree from Ramkhamhaeng University and an Advanced Certificate in Computing & Information Processing from Alexander College in Perth, Australia. He was employed by Kanematsu Corporation, before joining Bangkok International Associates. He specializes in corporate law and commercial law and litigation.
