Insurance law is the practice of law surrounding insurance, including insurance policies and claims. It can be broadly broken into three categories - regulation of the business of insurance; regulation of the content of insurance policies, especially with regard to consumer policies; and regulation of claim handling. There are many requirements set up the Thai Office of Insurance Commissions and Thai Life Insurance Act of 2535 (1992). We provide legal advice and services on electronic transactions, adjuster and/or broker license, duties and liabilities on corporate brokers, damage caused by the individual’s conduct, revocation of licenses and suspension, prohibition of advertisement materials, penalties for offences, criminal liability, fraudulent claims, bribery, and misrepresentation.
